In a fairly unsurprising turn, it looks like those looking forward to the Batman: Return to Arkham collection which Warner Bros. recently delayed indefinitely, may not actually launch until 2017.
According to Eurogamer, who has heard from “multiple sources”, Batman: Return to Arkham won’t be launching until November “at the earliest”, the reason of which is down to the game’s frame rate causing a “major issue” for Virtuos Games.
The source adds that if the November release isn’t reached, the game could be pushed back as early as 2017.
Batman: Return to Arkham is set to bundle together remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Warner Bros. delayed the game, which was set to launch next month, offering little reason for the delay and no replacement release date for the collection.
