Following the release of Dangerous Golf, Three Fields Entertainment have decided to trade in balls for something with more wheels.
Ex-Burnout director Alex Ward took to Twitter to announce the news, simply saying that they’ve started work on a new driving game. He didn’t specify any details about the game, but in past interviews he has mentioned that they do plan on working on a spiritual successor to Burnout.
Last year, Ward did reveal that once they’d completed work on their multiplayer sports game, now known as Dangerous Golf, that they’d begin working on a driving game which will focus on “Speed. Traffic. And Crashing. Lots and lots of crashing.”
This of course leads us to speculate what exactly the game will entail, will it feature challenges like the earlier Burnout games, or will it be more free-roam, open world, like Burnout Paradise?
