Bulkhead Interactive’s upcoming first-person sci-fi puzzler, The Turing Test, will be launching on PC and Xbox One on Thursday, August 30, the developer has announced.
Published by Square Enix Collective on PC, and via [email protected] on Xbox One, The Turing Test is set to throw players into the world of Ava Turing, an engineer for the International Space Agency, as she attempts to get to the bottom of some strange happenings on the research base on Jupiter’s moon, Europa.
Equipped with an Energy Manipulation Tool, which can transfer energy from one object to another, players must manipulate various objects from AI machines, giant structures, and complete complex tasks to figure out what’s going on.
“The Turing Test is a remarkable achievement – both visually and narratively – from a team of only six developers,” said Phil Elliott, creator and project lead for Square Enix Collective. “Square Enix Collective is all about championing talented teams and bringing great games to our community – and The Turing Test is a game we can’t wait for people to get their hands on.”
A brand new trailer for the game has also been released which you can see below:
Derby-based developers Bulkhead Interactive also recently launched a successful Kickstarter for a brand new World War shooter, Battalion 1944, which is set to launch in 2017.
