Bethesda has revealed that Fallout Shelter is set to arrive on PC on July 14, bringing with it a huge update for the mobile version of the game.
Fallout Shelter was unveiled and launched at E3 2015 and has since become one of the most popular time management games on mobile. At E3 this year, the company revealed that the game would be launching on PC, and now that time is almost here.
In addition to the PC release, the mobile version would be receiving update 1.6 adding new enemies, locations, as well as a brand new and revamped combat system. You’ll also be able to send your vault dwellers on quests.
We’re unsure right now whether the PC version would come with similar features or whether it’d be slightly behind the mobile release, alternatively the game could have additional non-mobile features. We’re also unsure whether progress can be carried over from mobile to the PC version, or whether they’re both separate entities.
I guess we’ll find out on July 14.
