Up until the release of Farming Simulator 17, the game has been a man’s world. Without little choice, you were forced to play as a male farmer. With the release of Farming Simulator 17 however, you can finally play as a female farmer.
Farming Simulator 17 launches later this year for consoles and PC and offers a ton of new features including new equipment from some of the biggest names in agriculture, mod support both on PC and consoles, so you can further expand the game with new things, and finally, the ability to choose the sex of your playable character.
This feature has been one of the most heavily requested features from the Farming Sim community, and with Farming Simulator 2017, you’ll finally be able to play as a female farmer. This new addition “reflects the diverse and ever-expanding industry of agriculture, making Farming Simulator 17 more realistic and rewarding than ever before,” claims Focus Home Interactive.
In addition to the female character choice, players can also fully customise their character with a range of farming apparel, like paisley shirts. With this new addition, the workers you hire to help you around the farm will also reflect the new female character models, with both male and female workers coming to help you do stuff.
More features are set to be announced throughout the coming months, so stay tuned for that too.
