Better start rehearsing your spiciest insults and practicing those DDTs because 2K Games have released a new trailer for WWE 2K17 outlining the features of the new game’s revamped MyCareer mode.
The new trailer sees WWE producer and Brock Lesnar advocate Paul Heyman outline the path to becoming a WWE superstar. Will your beginnings be humble, taking on the rigorous training of the NXT program, or bombastic, seeing you stride straight onto the WWE stage like Undertaker and Lesnar before you, upsetting all the higher-ups and setting yourself up to be the next “Paul Heyman guy”?
The trailer also makes it clear that you won’t just be wrestling during MyCareer mode – you’ll be trying to sell your merchandise, deal with feuds from countless other wrestlers and create your own promos, working the crowd and swaying them to your side.
Also you should probably listen to Paul Heyman’s instructions or he’ll set Brock Lesnar on you. Motivation enough, I think!
WWE 2K17 will be released for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on October 11th. Take a look at the MyCareer trailer in the video below:
