Deciding what music to listen to when you go about your day is usually the hardest part other than actually getting up and doing the thing you’re supposed to do. So what if your headphones could do that hard work for you based entirely on your own heart beat? Well, the Actywell ONE headphones can do just that.

Actywell has launched a brand new Kickstarter campaign for the ONE, a brand new pair of headphones which offer a new way to experience music. The headphones and companion app analyse your heart rate to find the perfect song for the activity you’re doing, allowing you to focus on the task at hand.

The ONE’s intelligent algorithms tune into the subtle changes in your heart rate and suggest an appropriate tune to be played next. Behind all of this is ONE’s psychological team which test the algorithms to finds harmony between the listener and their library. So if you’re in a stressful situation, just pop the ONE’s in your ear and relax to the tailored playlist chosen by your headphones.

“We wanted to bring people closer to music, to help them match their favorite songs to the moment they’re in. Because of this, we came up with the ONE by Actywell,” said Chris Chan, co-founder of Actywell. “Not only does this technology bring a new way to experience music but it also helps reduce stress thanks to its machine learning software. From finding the right motivational tracks to fuel your workout to finding the most ‘zen’ music to help you relax, we’re hoping to change the way welisten to music.”

The headphones themselves aren’t all that bad either. Aside from having built-in heart rate and motion sensors, the audio is driven by its own dedicated codec which isolates noise and plays at 24 Bit 48Khz. They’re stylish too with customisable skins with personalised logo’s if you fancy splashing out.

Available to pledge on Kickstarter right now, you can grab your own set of ONE’s for as little as $99. To find out more information and pledge to the campaign, you can head to the Kickstarter page.
