I’ll be honest, I absolutely own rhythm games, I can’t spell the damn word for the life of me, but I love them and I feel like I do a pretty damn good job at ’em. So that’s why I want you to say “YES” to Beats of Fury, a new bullet hell rhythm game from Bubble Head Games.
Beats of Fury launched on Steam Greenlight yesterday and hopes that you’ll want to play its unique blend of top-down rhythm shooting. This action-music game has players bounce to the beat to eliminate the evil “beats”. Whether you’re partial to rock or EDM, this game hopes to cater to both with two separate worlds.
With a total of thirteen levels per song, spread across two music genres, there’s plenty of bullet hell beat smashing to be had. But if that’s not enough, there’s an endless mode that’ll shuffle the songs and include a leaderboard that I’ll hopefully dominate.
