It looks like we’re entering a renaissance of snow boarding games with Ubisoft’s Summit and now HB Games’ Mark McMorris Infinite Air. Both of these games hope to offer an open world for players to explore, but the latter focuses on just a few things: snowboarding and customisation.
HB Games, who you may know from The Golf Club, has decided to move away from the green and head for now capped mountains with Mark McMorris Infinite Air, a new extreme sports game heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 28.
A brand new trailer has been released from the game which takes a look at gameplay and world customisation through the World Editor. Whether you want to create the perfect downhill run, or a course of obstacles you can jump and grind over, the possibilities are almost endless.
Infinite Air builds upon a similar world editing concept as that found in The Gold Club, and will offer thousands of player-generated courses when the game launches later this month. At launch, the World Editior will offer over 100 items which can be used to create unique runs, from ramps, rails, and pipes, to world manipulation tools.
Check out the trailer below:
Mark McMorris Infinite Air hopes to offer infinite possibilities in terms of world creation as well as the sheer number of unique locations and runs players can attempt.
The game launches on October 28 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
