Wondering whether it’s worth signing up to the For Honor Closed Beta? Well, take a look at what’s included and you may just be convinced.
Ubisoft has today revealed the content for the upcoming Closed Beta for For Honor that’s set to take place from January 26 through to January 29 on all platforms. These four days will allow players to dive into new multiplayer content, maps, and new playable Heroes.
Players will be able to choose between nine of the twelve different Heroes from the three For Honor factions; The Knights, Vikings, and Samurai. Each Hero will offer their own unique playstyle, weapons, armour sets, skills, and progression. They’ll then be able to take their hero of choice into three of the five multiplayer modes; Dominion 4v4, Brawl 2v2, and Deul 1v1. Finally players will be able to dive into three new multiplayer maps.
If that wasn’t all, players will also be able to dive into Faction War, a global persistent cross-platform event that’ll pit all factions against one another in an epic global war to prove what faction is the best overall.
Ubisoft has also launched SCARS, a new digital experience for For Honor that hopes to tell the back story and lore of each faction and their Heroes. In addition, players will be able to select and customise their weapon of choice that best represents their warrior. There are three elements which can be customised on their Sword, Axe, or Nodachi offering a possible 192 combinations.
