Codemasters Brings Back a Classic with Micro Machines World Series

If you thought the last you’d ever see of Micro Machines was in the various Christmas re-runs of Home Alone, then you’re wrong, as Codemasters and Koch Media has this week announced that it’s making a comeback with the launch of Micro Machines World Series.

Set to launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on April 21, players can expect to find the same grate hectic social gameplay of the classic series brought to modern times with HD visuals and even more locations than ever before.

Micro Machines World Series will feature classic game modes like Race and Elimination, as well as new modes such as Battle Arenas which pits player vs. player in an all-out war for supremacy on a tiny scale. There’ll also be the addition of team-based modes such as Capture the Flag and King of the Hill.

The game will support upto 12 players online and four players locally across various environments in cars which each have their own unique skills and loadouts. Not to mention impressive customisation options will allow you to stand out on the miniature battlefield.
