Get to Know Boruto and Mitsuki Before the Road to Boruto Expansion

We’re roughly one week away from the Boruto Expansion to Ninja Storm 4 hitting our consoles and it’s time to check out the main man himself.

If you didn’t know, The Boruto expansion for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 will tell the tale of the next generation of ninja and will be based around the Boruto phase of the Naruto franchise.

I had to update my PS4 copy of Ninja Storm 4 to prepare for the Boruto expansion, so it’s not much longer now. Though before we get to that, we’ve got one more ninja that we should have a look at before we get to Boruto.

Mitsuki

The third member of Boruto’s ninja team is a mix of two different characters, Mr. Fantastic and a small blend of Lord Voldermort. Why Mr. Fantastic? Well, he can stretch really far. Like a pasty Stretch Armstrong (when is Stretch getting his own movie?)

He’s kind of part Lord Voldermort, since he is a artificial being whipped up in a lab by Orochimaru, who is very much like Voldie since both have a fondness for snakes and being evil.

After his ‘father’ wanted him to take part in some complex evil plot, He rebelled and decided to become a ninja. Not a bad career path.

What does the future hold for Mitsuki? Only time will tell.

Boruto

The next generation of ninja will be lead by Boruto who is, in some ways, very different from his father Naruto. Though if you squint a little, they are very similar. Unlike Naruto, Boruto had a family whilst growing up.

He had a mum and a dad and his little sister, a whole lot more than Naruto did. Though Boruto is frustrated, since his dad is now the Hokage, the chief of the Hidden Leaf Village, and doesn’t have a lot time to be a dad.

Boruto lashes out with many frustrating pranks that he commits around the village. Though with Chunin Exams on the horizon and an old friend of Naruto’s making his way back to the village.

Boruto will not have a lot of time for pranking as he’s about to face his toughest challenge yet.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – Road to Boruto DLC launches on February 3. Bandai Namco have also released a launch trailer for the DLC which you can find below:
