With no new releases in the charts this week, it comes as no surprise that Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare remains on top of the chart for the fifth week in a row.
This is the eighth week in total that Call of Duty has sat among the big leagues, and if it claims another number one it’ll be the second highest number of All Formats Number 1s for a Call of Duty title, matching Modern Warfare 2, according to Chart-Track. Though in order to become the best selling Call of Duty title, it’d have to sit at the top of the charts for 11 weeks in order to beat out Black Ops 3.
Elsewhere in the charts FIFA 17 is still keepy-uppy-ing in second place, followed by a game that surely everyone in the UK owns by now, Grand Theft Auto V, which manages to climb another spot this week. This means that Battlefield 1 has fallen to fourth place this week.
Forza Horizon 3 managed to grab a boost in sales thanks to retailer promotions which send it into fifth place this week, Pokémon Sun also re-enters the top ten this week seeing a massive boost pushing it up from thirty-sixth place all the way to ninth.
