Fallout Shelter, the free-to-play simulation game created and published by Bethesda, is getting the Xbox One treatment next week. Following the PC release last summer, this will be yet another free download, including Play Anywhere compatibility. The game will be available on February 7.

You can play on both the Windows 10 and Xbox One versions of the game while Achievements and save data will automatically be shared between platforms. This does, unfortunately, not include the mobile versions, but there are workaround possibilities to transfer Android progression. Check this Reddit thread for more information on that topic.

Fallout Shelter was announced during Bethesda’s E3 press conference in 2015 and appeared in the iOS App Store that very same night. This casual Fallout iteration lets you command dwellers; resource micromanagement is quite complicated at first. Once you get the hang of it, the game changes into a rather monotonous adventure. There have been sporadic updates, but don’t expect heaps of replayability…
