Complexity Gaming Loses Overwatch Flex Player

It’s been quite a rough ride these last couple of months for Complexity. From shaky DPS outings to tank swapping, their Overwatch team has struggled to reach their full potential at NGE Winter Premiere, and now at Carbon Series.

Harbleu, known best for his stellar Roadhog play, was always one of their shining stars. Well, it looks like the end of an era for the flex player, as Complexity and NRG Esports just announced that he is part of NRG’s new roster effective immediately.

Harbleu with be joining up with Overwatch superstars Seagull and Dummy while NRG continues to flesh out their active Overwatch roster.

Also joining NRG is Ajax, whose claim to fame was being a solid support player for Kungarna, who blew everyone away at Winter Premiere. Ajax and Harbleu are close friends, and we wish them all the best in their new eSports endeavors while playing for NRG. See more on the acquisition in this link.

I've been writing for esports blogs here and there since the Wings of Liberty days of Starcraft II. It started mostly as a way of documenting my own matches, which I quickly learned doesn't really work unless you're streaming. Finally, after much research and deliberation, I decided to adopt a more guided and informed style of writing in the summer of 2016. Overwatch and Street Fighter were my main focuses, but esports as an industry became absolutely fascinating to me. Seeing the scene blow up has been awesome, but there's so much more to be done. I simply want to do my part in providing quality content for esports consumers around the world.
