Climax Studios has unveiled the first ever gameplay footage for their surfing game, Surf World Series, and it’s totally bogus, dude.
Back in December, 2016, Climax unveiled Surf World Series, a brand new surfing sports game due for release later this year on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Complete with an announcement trailer, the game looked pretty gorgeous, but we were yet to see whether the gameplay reflected the trailer.
Today, the studio have released the first gameplay trailer for the game which gives us a glimpse of the five different iconic surfing destinations across the globe, as well as an example of the surfing gameplay mechanics.
Surf World Series is set to include both single and multiplayer gameplay, with over 45 single player challenges and the ability to compete online against 15 other players across 3 multiplayer game modes.
Check out the new trailer below:
If you’re attending EGX Rezzed in London from March 30 to April 1, you’ll be able to check out Surf World Series at the Tentacle Collective booth.
