Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 Goes Gold, New Gameplay Trailer Released

It’s almost time folks. Following a brief delay, CI Games has announced that their upcoming shooter, Sniper Ghost Warriror 3 has gone gold and on track for its April 25 release date.

As you probably already know, Going Gold means that the game is complete and ready to be written to disc, packaged up, and be prepared for launch.

“It’s the new beginning for Sniper Ghost Warrior franchise. We’ve worked tirelessly creating a whole new Sniper Ghost Warrior experience set in an ambitiously crafted open world,” said CI Games in the announcement.

In addition to the news of the game going gold, CI Games have released a brand new gameplay trailer which offers 14 minutes of Challenge Mode gameplay. Within Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 players will come across Side Ops, large side missions which can be tagged onto the main objective.

To make things even more difficult, these Side Ops can be played with Challenge Mode added to it. What this does is removes the HUD, increases enemy perception, and enemy markers will disappear after using the surveillance drone. This is a truly tough mode and will prove to be a challenge even to the best players.

“Challenge Mode is one of my favorite features in Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, because of how much importance it places on the skills of the player rather than relying on the game for help,” said Tomasz Pruski, senior level designer at CI Games. “A good example is when using the drone. It will tag the enemies, but once called back, players will need to rely on their memory to remember where the enemies are located inside the outpost. Precisely aimed headshots are also required, since enemies are more heavily armored on their body.”

Going thourgh that level without any help is quite good excersise:) I wish to see more such difficult levels.

Well you still get some help. I mean you have the drone and you have loads of different bullets and mines are helpful as well. Did you get a chance to play the game?

I did play the challenge mode at first but I am not skilled enough to be able to play it on this mode. Now I am playing on medium difficulty. Maybe after I get some experience I will change it back to challenge mode
