During Nintendo’s Direct Broadcast last night, the Japanese edition had some good news for Professor Layton fans. Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone’s Conspiracy will release in Japan on July 20.
Level-5 announced Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone’s Conspiracy last year for Japanese markets. We’re yet to get a western release for the game. However, there’s a good chance it could launch later this year, however this is purely speculative.
In this sequel to the Professor Layton series, players will be following Professor Layton’s daughter, Katrielle “Kat” Layton who, along with her dog Sharo and friends Geraldine and Noah, solve puzzles in her father’s place. It looks like Professor Layton has gone missing, so it’s Kat’s mission to find him.
The game will feature many of the same mechanics players know and love from the series such as puzzles and the ability to interact with the environment.
