Larian Studios announced that Divinity: Original Sin 2 will launch on September 14, 2017.
Built to be much larger than it’s predecessor, Divinity: Original Sin 2 aims to give players a “tabletop RPG-like” experience. They will have freedom to complete quests and explore a world unique to the series.
The critically acclaimed Game Master and PvP modes will be available at launch as well. This will allow players a toolbox to create their own personal tabletop-style adventures, along with an arena where they can take part in multiplayer combat!
An early access version is already available on Steam for $44.99 where you can play the entire first Act.
In celebration of this announcement, Larian Studios has released an Early Access patch. This patch features two never-before-seen areas as well as a new companion relationship system. Character Creation and crafting have received some serious tlc. Players will also get a brief insight into the upcoming new origin story, a pirate dwarf that goes by the name of Beast.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 drops everywhere September 14, 2017!
