Starbreeze and Skybound Entertainment have announced that Overkill’s The Walking Dead has been delayed again with its release window moving to the second half of 2018.
For those of you looking forward to what could be an actually decent The Walking Dead co-op video game, you might have to wait a little longer, and by a little longer I mean an entire year.
The reason for the delay, according to Starbreeze and Skybound is for Overkill to reach the title’s “full potential” by taking their original vision “a step further”.
Overkill’s The Walking Dead was originally expected to launch back in 2016 but was delayed to late 2017.
Right now we know little about the game other than a few teasers ahead of the game’s announcement, fortunately, Starbreeze has announced a livestream which is set to take place on May 10 to “provide an insight into the development” of the game.
