Shadow of the Tomb Raider has once again appeared in the news, but not because Square Enix has actually finally announced the game, but because a creative agency couldn’t wait to show off exactly what it’s done for the game.
Takeoff Creative, a creative agency that’s worked with Square Enix in the past, decided to prematurely update its portfolio of work to include logos and concept art for the currently unannounced Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
As you can see below, the image slate reveals a couple of variants of the game’s logo as well as some concept sketches for the game’s key art.
The image above also came with a nice little description from Takeoff Creative:
“Through sketches and renders, we explored varying concepts for the Shadow of the Tomb Raider logo and key art. This process consisted of using the different pillars of the game as inspiration to accurately portray the brand.”
The only comment Square Enix has made of a new Tomb Raider game is saying that we’ll learn more about the game later this year. Presumably at Gamescom?
