Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus is Getting a Season Pass

Bethesda and Machine games have announced that a Season Pass is coming to Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus and will include plenty of content including three new characters to play as.

Once you’re done with the story of Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, you’ll be able to continue the warped timeline in three new stories that’ll come in DLC form, all of which will be covered by the Season Pass that was detailed this week.

The Season Pass will cost £18 and will include access to three story episodes each of which starring a brand new hero with their own unique characteristics and back stories. The three stories will come together under the name, Freedom Chronicles.

The first story, titled The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe, will tell the tale of quarterback Joseph Stallion who’s fighting Nazis in the dilapidated ruins of Chicago. He’ll also end up in space at one point…

The second story, titled The Diaries of Agent Silent Death, will follow Jessica Valiant, a former Office of Strategic Services (OSS) agent, who gets deep within Nazi bunkers in California to learn more about Operation San Andreas.

After all of that, and you have room for one more, the final story called The Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins, follows the Captain on a trip to a Nazi occupied Alaska to dismantle Operation Black Sun.

Finally, the Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins stars the eponymous US Captain on a quest to dismantle Operation Black Sun in Nazi-controlled Alaska.

But wait, there’s more.

As a bonus, Bethesda have a special Episode Zero of the Freedom Chronicles, that’ll become available if you… wait for it… pre order the game. Episode Zero will be an opening mission that’ll introduce players to the three stars of each episode. Fortunately it’ll also be included in the Season Pass.

Unfortunately we don’t yet have release dates for these three episodes. So we’ll just have to wait.

Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus itself is out October 27 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
