Square Enix have announced that Dragon Quest 11: Echoes of an Elusive Age is set to come to the west in 2018.
Details are pretty thin right now, but Square Enix has confirmed that Dragon Quest 11 will be coming to the west finally bringing the highly anticipated latest entry into the Dragon Quest series to western markets localised in to English, French, Spanish, Italian and German.
Dragon Quest 11 “follows the adventure of a hero who must solve the mystery of his fate with the aid of a charming cast of supporting characters,” according to a press release from Square Enix. Nice an nondescript. The game will also feature characters brought to life by character art of manga artist Akira Toriyama and will feature music composed by Koichi Sugiyama
A video message from series creator, Yuji Horii, has also been released which you can see below. More details on the western release are due to be revealed in Autumn 2017.
Dragon Quest 11 is set to launch on July 29 in Japan.
