Massive fighting tournament / showcase, EVO 2017 is set to see some exclusive arrivals this year in the form of Bandai Namco’s Dragon Ball FighterZ, and Square Enix’s Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT.

These two games will make their debut at the event and are the first games to be on display at the showcase which haven’t even been released yet. Clearly these two games have a future in the competitive fighting game scene.

Official tournament organisers have announced that the two games will be at the show letting players get hands-on with the games before their general release.

Dragon Ball FighterZ was announced during E3 2017 and has since been a hit with both fans of Dragon Ball and fans of fighting games. It’s currently in development over at Arc System Works with a 2018 release date. A closed beta is however set to be held this Summer.

Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT on the other hand was announced earlier this year and aims to bring a different type of fighting game to the event. This title is also set for a 2018 release.

Aside from these two games, EVO 2017 is set to also see a number of other games on the line-up including Pokkén Tournament, Mortal Kombat XL, Injustice 2, Tekken 7, ARMS, Windjammers, Nidhogg, and more.

EVO 2017 will take place from July 14 to July 16 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Details of the event can be found on
