Atlus has announced that Persona 5 will be getting the anime treatment in Japan in 2018. The publisher also released a short teaser trailer for the anime.
Despite many of you still yet to finish the game, the story of Persona 5 will be getting dragged out even more with a brand new anime which is set to premiere in Japan in 2018.
Atlas announced the news over the weekend via a Tweet, following it up with a short teaser trailer. The anime is set to be produced by Atlus along with A-1 Pictures.

It’s still pretty early days and there are currently no plans for a localised version of the anime for Western audiences. Though it may very well make its way over here, of not a few years after it premieres in Japan.
