Bandai Namco have officially announced that Krillin and Piccolo are joining the roster in Dragon Ball FighterZ and have released a handful of screenshots of the duo.
Having been revealed earlier this week via the latest issue of V-Jump, Krillin and Piccolo have now been officially introduced as the latest characters to join the currently small roster of playable characters in Dragon Ball FighterZ.
As revealed in the mag earlier this week, Piccolo is a pretty technical character with expandable arms giving him some pretty decent reach compared to other players. He also has various guard breaks as well as the ability to fire fast and powerful beams, or use his ability to release a Ki blast from afar.
Krillin on the other hand doesn’t have as much reach or power, but has the ability to use different long-range techniques such as the Kamehemeha. He can also out-wit his opponent by leaving an image of himself behind before turning into an attack. Players can also use the famous Senzu Bean, and Krillin’s signature and blockable attack is also included in the game.
Check out the two in a handful of new screenshots below:
Dragon Ball FighterZ is set to launch in early 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. A Closed Beta is also due to begin later this Summer with sign-ups opening on July 26.
