Universal ALL Controller Finally Launches on Kickstarter

The ALL Controller, the controller to replace all controllers, has finally landed on Kickstarter, smashing its goal in less than a few days.

Earlier this year we wrote about the ALL Controller touting some of its fantastic universal capabilities ahead of its proposed Kickstarter campaign in April. Unfortunately April came and went, and here we are in August and finally the campaign has launched.

Fortunately this wait was worth it as we can now finally get our hands on the ALL Controller. But what the hell is it?

Well, it’s basically a controller that is fully compatible with (almost) anything. PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Xbox One, smartphones, and more (support for Nintendo Wii, WiiU and Switch will be added as well). The ALL Controller allows the user to also map profiles based on whatever game their playing, but also take these configurations from platform to platform.

The controller will come packed with 11 USB drivers and 7 Bluetooth drivers eradicating the need for external apps to configure the controller, it’s all done within the controller itself. With its LCD screen, users can program macros and combos right from the controller itself.

Simply put, every aspect of the controller is fully customisable and can be edited to suit any player without the need to mess around with in-game settings.

So how much is this going to cost? For $65 CAD you’ll be able to get yourself a Wired controller, however for an additional $15 you can get the Wireless version. From here there are several Pledge options that’ll add accessories such as phone holders as well as a dongle that’ll make it compatible with Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4.
