Universal has released a brand new featurette for Atomic Blonde, their upcoming action-thriller starring Charlize Theron and James McAvoy, this time focusing on Theron’s partner in crime.
In Atomic Blonde, Theron’s character, MI6 Agent Lorraine Broughton, is sent off to Berlin to deliver a private dossier out of the currently destabilised city, while there she partners with the loose cannon that is station chief David Percival, played by McAvoy, to aid her on her way.
However, if this latest clip is to go by, Percival isn’t the most stable partner to begin with and looks to be a little more of a hindrance than help during Broughton’s mission. He’s more of an anti hero who finds himself consumed by the world around him rather than the mission at hand.
The featurette which you can see below, goes a little into his backstory through clips and a few interviews with the cast, check it out:
Atomic Blonde hits theatres on August 9.
