Activision have released a brand new trailer for Call of Duty: WW2 which takes a look at the game’s Headquarters, a brand new social space where players can hang out.
While Call of Duty: WW2 is set to go back to its roots in terms of a stripped-down gameplay experience, the game is taking some leaves out of the modern video gaming book with their Headquarters.
Headquarters, while confusingly also a game mode within the Call of Duty franchise, is actually a social space where players can hang during games. In the HQ players can practice with different weapons, watch Call of Duty esports matches, and man the AA guns to earn rewards.
Players can also put their skills to the test in the 1v1 Pit. So next time you’re asked to 1v1 by some ten year old, you can at least do it in a public setting so you can school that kid for good.
