PlayerUnknown himself, Brendan Greene, has revealed a Work-in-Progress image of the cityscape in the new desert map for the hit early-access title PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
The map was first teased earlier this year, where developer Bluehole revealed that it will be based in Peru and has sandstorms, amongst other features. As the image shows, the map’s tow spans a vast space, with multiple multi-story buildings.
However, looking at the buildings it appears as though only the first couple of floors will be accessible. The map has been rumoured to be 1/4th the size of the games current map.
There is currently no word on when players will be able to get their hands on the games new map, but with the games player base ever-growing, it is sure to be well received upon launch.
