Rainbow Six Siege Operation Blood Orchid Operators Have Leaked

The upcoming Rainbow Six Siege Operation Blood Orchid DLC’s three new operators have leaked through various means online.

The leak started from a Reddit Post containing a single image of one of the operators, now know to be named Lesion. The single promo image only shows the character, not any associated abilities. The leak comes from a certain 4Chan user with a good track record of past Rainbow Six Siege leaks.

Later saw the release of another Reddit Thread containing images of all 3 operators, confirming their names and their primary abilities. As previously confirmed by Ubisoft, 2 of the operators hail from Hong Kong, while the 3rd, Ela, is Polish.

A defender, Ela has a Grzmot Mine as her primary ability, a concussion proximity mine that impairs hearing and causes a dizzying effect when triggered, and can be attached to surfaces.

In the same class is Lesion, who’s main ability, GU, injects enemies with a toxic compound delivered through mines. The toxic compound causes damage to enemies and limits the speed of their movement.

Finally only attacking operator is Ying, sporting  a cluster of flash charges, called Candela, that can be attached to surfaces, or thrown as a grenade.

The images look legitimate enough to safely assume they have been captured in game. We’ll find out when Ubisoft officially announces Operation Blood Orchid at the Pro League Finals on August 26.

Rainbow Six Siege Operation Blood Orchid releases August 29 for season pass holders, and September 5 for all other players.
