New Trailer for Need for Speed Payback Introduces Fortune Valley

Electronic Arts and Ghost Games have revealed a brand new trailer for Need for Speed Payback which takes a look at some of the activities available to players in their upcoming racer.

While, for the most part, the game tells a story about heists and getaways, it looks like there’ll be plenty more for players to do in Need for Speed Payback than we first thought. In a brand new trailer we get to see some of the grand setting in which players will find themselves, as well as some of the vehicles too.

From Sprint Races through city streets and dirt tracks, to drag races in some pretty insanely modified cars. Hell, there are even modes that’ll have you actively trying to escape police. Lovely.

They also seem to be taking a leaf out of Forza Horizon’s book with the ability for players to find abandoned vehicles, however rather than having these barn finds instantly being tuned up by a magical mechanic, players will be scavenging parts from these abandoned cars, which makes much more sense, right?
