In anticipation of Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns’ European release on October 13, Nintendo has released a brand new trailer for the game.
The trailer shows off the basic farming aspects of the game with clips of hoeing plots, watering and harvesting plants, and interacting with livestock. There are also clips of alternate means of making money in the game, such as mining, fishing, and selecting part-time jobs.
The trailer also highlights some of the unique aspects of this game, such as the three towns of the title. There is Westown, an old West-style town, Lulukoko, a tropical paradise, and Tsuyukusa, a town based on traditional Japanese culture. Each town has different things to offer in terms of farming, character and clothing customisation, and romantic possibilities.
There are also previews of villagers, cutscenes, festivals, and many other game elements that give the farming series its character.
Although the game will be arriving in Europe on October 13, it’s been out in North America since February 28, and Japan has had access to the game since June 2016. Fortunately, the trailer, which can be watched below, reminds fans that the wait is almost over.
