Nintendo have released another trailer for Super Mario Odyssey but they’ve taken things in a new direction.
The live action trailer shows Mario jumping and dancing about with real people on the streets of New Donk City while Pauline stands atop a sky scraper singing the same song she sang in the E3 trailer.
The new shows off how two people can play together on one Switch, with one controlling Mario and the other controlling his hat friend, Cappy. We also get to see Mario using Cappy to take over various objects and creatures like bullet bills, lamp posts and a cute little pupper.
While we don’t get much gameplay footage in this trailer it’s still a blast to watch just because of that catchy tune and the endearing visual style of it all.
Super Mario Odyssey will launch on October 27, for the Nintendo Switch.
