With Destiny 2 launching on PC in just a few days, Bungie has released the official PC requirements for the game so everyone can rush and get their PC’s up to scratch.
For those that caught up with the game’s PC beta and the specs given before that, then you’re pretty much in the know as the final specifications are pretty much identical. Of course, you’ll need a Blizzard account, as well as a 64-bit version of either Windows 7, 8.1, or 10.
- Intel: 3.4 GHz Core i5-2400 or 3.5 GHz Core i5-7400
- AMD: 3.6 GHz Ryzen R5 1600X
- Nvidia: 4 GB GeForce GTX 970 or 6 GB GeForce GTX 1060
- AMD: 8 GB Radeon R9 390
- 8 GB
- Intel: 3.5 GHz Core i3-3250 or 3.5 GHz Pentium G4560
- AMD: 4.2 GHz FX-4350
- Nvidia: 2 GB GeForce GTX 660 or 2 GB GTX 1050
- AMD: 2 GB Radeon HD 7850
As you’d expect, the recommended specifications are probably your best option to achieve the most advanced version of the game which includes 4K, frame rates up to 144 Hz, and much more.
The PC version of Destiny 2 is due to launch on October 24, a good seven weeks after the game’s launch on Xbox One and PS4, however the PC version will come with plenty more to do than when the game launched on console, so I suppose that’s something, right?
