Middle Earth: Shadow of War recently came out to much praise and fans won’t have to wait long to get more! Warner Bros. have released a trailer to show off what we’ll be getting in upcoming DLCs.

First off are the two new Orc tribes. The “gruesome, bloody and rabid” Slaughter tribe that decorate their fortresses with your entrails. Then there’s the Outlaw tribe, made up of Orcs outcast from society. Both tribes will have their own new outposts, fortresses and Epic and Legendary gear to loot from them if you can manage to overcome their savage attacks. These Slaughter Tribe pack will be available in November, followed by the Outlaw tribe in December.

On top of that there will be two story expansions as well. The first is the Blades of Galadriel, in which the player takes on the role of Eltariel in her fight against the Nazgul. As Eltariel players will be able to cut up Orcs with her duel blades and enjoy a whole new set of skills and abilities unique to her fighting style. This expansions also features eight new Legendary Orcs who will also be part of the main game and come with their own new abilities and gear. The Blades of Galadriel will be available for purchase in February 2018.

Then May 2018 will see the release of the second story expansion, the “Desolation of Mordor”. In it, players will play as Baranor, the captain of Minas Ithil, who helped Tallion in his fight against the dark lord during the main quest. Baranor will be leading the defence against a “new Orc threat from the East.” He won’t be fighting alone of course. He’ll have help from his Dwarf companion Torvin, who will craft new weapons and armour for him and recruit mercenaries to fight alongside him. These will all be necessary for Baranor to take over the new area, “Lithlad.” The “Desolation of Mordor” expansion will also include a brand new feature with roguelike elements. Players will be able to play through the campaign mode as a human with no immortal wraith friend to keep them coming back to life.

The two tribes and Blades of Galadriel will be priced at £11.99 each and the Desolation of Mordor will be £15.99. If you want to save some money you can also buy the Season Pass for £32.99 which will get you all the DLC above. If you haven’t got the game and want to wait, the Shadow of War Gold Edition, priced around £80 includes the Season Pass in it.
