Things get Spoopy in the Hello Neighbor Halloween Trailer

tinyBuild is currently putting the final touches on their upcoming AI-driven game, Hello Neighbor, and to celebrate the spookiest holiday of the season, they’ve released a brand new Halloween trailer.

Hello Neighbor isn’t quite an adventure game, nor is it an RPG, I guess you could call it a snooping sim? Either way, the game has players attempting to infiltrate their creepy neighbour’s house to find out exactly what’s been going on. He’s up to no good, and just like any other curtain twitcher, it’s up to you to find out.

Of course, it’s not as easy as it sounds as tour ‘tache touting neighbour is expecting a potential snooper and is prepared. As players attempt to break in unsuccessfully, the game’s AI will learn and begin to predict your approach making the game incredibly intense.

Since the game’s announcement at TwitchCon and its subsequent free pre-alpha release last year, Hello Neighbor has racked up some impressive view numbers on YouTube and Twitch. tinyBuild has been committed to releasing new versions of the alpha and are preparing to release the final one pretty soon.

Check out the trailer below, and download the most popular version of the game, Alpha 2, on the game’s website.

Hello Neighbor launches on December 8.
