Atlus’ upcoming Dragon’s Crown remaster & PS4 port, Dragon’s Crown Pro, is coming to the west in Spring, 2018, the publisher has announced.

Atlus has today confirmed that Dragon’s Crown Pro will be launching in the west on PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro in Spring 2018. This follows the announcement made during Tokyo Game Show, and is a welcome announcement to fans of the original PS Vita / PS3 hit.

Dragon’s Crown Pro will feature the same 2D visuals from the original with a complete texture overhaul for these new-gen systems including 4K support. What’s more, the game’s soundtrack has been renewed by composer Hitoshi Sakimoto along with a live orchestra.

For those who already own Dragon’s Crown on PS3 or PS Vita, your efforts won’t be wasted as there’ll be online cross-play and cross-save compatibility with existing versions. Plus, all the DLC and patches for the original game will be included too.

Finally, a western announcement trailer has also been revealed:
