Paramount Pictures has just released a brand new clip for their upcoming bitesize movie, Downsizing, which shows us that it might not be such a bad idea to go small.
Downsizing is the new solution to overpopulation. Rather than culling the weak, this new method allows people to become pint-sized versions of themselves along with an inflated bank balance to do so. This 200-year global transition hopes to change the world as we know it, and everyman Paul Safranek (Matt Damon) and wife Audrey (Kristen Wiig) are among the first to do so.
But is Downsizing all its cracked up to be? The couple may have abandoned their stressful lives in Omaha, but the choice to do so triggers some life-changing adventures.
Check it out in the latest clip from the movie:
Downsizing hits theatres on January 24.
