Codemasters has announced the release date for MotorStorm spiritual successor, ONRUSH, which was unveiled at E3 last year.
Created by the developers of both MotorStorm and Driveclub, ONRUSH is a blend of high-obtain arcade racer in which players race ATVs, cars, bikes, and other vehicles through a range of different environments. It’s also the first game to come out of former Evolution Studios following Sony’s closure thanks Codemasters coming in to save the day.
The game, Codemasters has revealed, will be landing on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on June 5. Pre-orders for the title have also been opened and for those who pre-order on PS4 will receive access to the beta. There’s also a PS4 Deluxe Edition available too.
This news came in a series of Tweets over on the official ONRUSH page which also detailed several aspects of the game including the confirmation that the game will be landing on PC, but at a later date.
As for gameplay, there are “a lot” of gameplay footage coming.
So, the secret is out! #ONRUSH will SMASH its way into your living room on the 5th of June.
