Capcom had recently released the Tempered Deviljho quest in Monster Hunter: World this past weekend… Unfortunately, for some reason, the majority of us hunters missed it because, well, they neglected to really advertise that it was even available. Thankfully, we’ll get another chance to take on this extremely high rank, veteran quest soon enough!
The Deviljho was Monster Hunter: World‘s first post-launch monster, which became available to everyone just last week. Naturally the hardcore players are now looking forward to the even more challenging ‘tempered’ version of said beast.
However, for an extremely brief period of time over the weekend, Capcom put out an Event Quest that allowed players to hunt the tempered Deviljho. They just failed to mention that to most of us, so a majority of hunters missed this opportunity. This isn’t a huge upset though considering a good portion of hunters probably aren’t even at a level where they can hunt the regular beast, let alone his tempered, angrier counter-part.
Hope you enjoyed our special Tempered Deviljho surprise this weekend. Look forward to it as part of the Event Quests happening during the Spring Blossom Fest! pic.twitter.com/8Jr2Hb28g1

The good news is this higher-level Event Quest will be making it’s way back during the upcoming Spring Blossom Fest! The aforementioned Festival will be Monster Hunter: World’s first seasonal event! The first of many I’m sure.
The Spring Blossom Fest will run in Monster Hunter: World from April 6 to April 19 and will encourage the hunting community to craft the Wyvern Ignition Great Sword. That is just the tip of the iceberg however, with a majority of the time-sensitive Event Quests returning with the festival, giving everyone a second chance to unlock that content!
And if you’re one for pretty spectacles, the Gathering Hub will be decked out with flowers and shit, as well as a new round of daily activities and free tickets.
