God of War remains in the top spot this week in the UK Gaming Charts followed by previous title holder Far Cry 5 in second.

It looks like we’ll be going into the Summer Slump with God of War clinging onto the top spot as it celebrates another week at the top of the UK Gaming Charts. It’s another week of slow releases with the only real big debut being Nintendo’s DIY Switch toy / game hybrid, Nintendo Labo.

Nintendo Labo is Nintendo’s weird experimental game which has players creating contraptions out of card which interact with a game on the Switch. It comes in two variants, the first, Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 01: Variety Kit, which offers a number of different configurations, like a piano and a fishing rod; and the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 02: Robot Kit which allows players to become card board robots.

The Variety Kit debuted in third place this week, however the Robot Kit only made it to twentieth.

Ubisoft re-enters the Top 40 with the Switch release of South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and Square Enix’ Nier Automata comes back in at thirty-second.

Here’s the full rundown:

  1. God of War
