Activision has this week announced that the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is set to land a few days earlier than planned.

Initially a PS4 exclusive, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was initially set to launch on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on July 10, 2018, however due to a change of heart it will now debut on June 29, 2018.

The trilogy packs together three classic Crash Bandicoot games from the early PlayStation era including Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.

Activision didn’t explain why the game would be launching two weeks early, however they did announce that pre-orders for the title are now open.

In our review we gave the game a solid 8.5 out of 10 saying “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a great opportunity for veterans to revisit a childhood classic and an even better opportunity for new players to experience this wonderful trilogy for the first time.”
