Metro Exodus, the third title in the Metro 2033 series, has been pushed back to 2019, Deep Silver and 4A Games announced this week.
Initially unveiled at E3 2017, Metro Exodus is the next entry into the series and from the teaser trailer we received, it looks pretty damn epic. Unfortunately it’ll be missing its 2018 release window and will now be releasing in Q1 2019.
The reason for the delay is because the development team “want everyone to be able to experience what is the most ambitious Metro game to date at its absolute best,” which is pretty standard for delays nowadays.
The good news is that Metro Exodus will still be at E3 2018 bringing some brand new gameplay from a completely new environment which is something to look forward to now we wait even longer for the next game.
