As rumoured, Microsoft has unveiled Forza Horizon 4 at E3 2018 and what a reveal it was!
Forza Horizon 4 will be set in the UK and will feature dynamic season as the massive open world changes before players’ eyes. What’s more, the game won’t feature other players’ Drivatars to populate the streets, oh no, the other vehicles will actually be those other players.
At the showcase, Playground Games showed off how the game’s four seasons will dramatically change gameplay. In Summer, as you may expect, it’s all bright sunshine and fun, in Autumn, there’s more rain and golden leaves on the trees, among other things, come Winter, lakes freeze and there’s snow everywhere. Then to Spring where there’ll be sporadic stints of rain and sunshine.
The game’s open world will now be populated with other players who can be interacted with in real-time thanks to a new innovative quick chat system. If players want to drift or race with each other, they can pop out a little chat macro and begin playing.
The game’s debut trailer can be seen below:
Forza Horizon 4 will be available on October 2 for both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. What’s more, the game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass on the same day.
