Microsoft fans, rejoice! Much like Fallout 76‘s occupants being the first to enjoy the outside world, Xbox One users will be the first through the Fallout 76 beta gate!

Revealed through an FAQ by Bethesda, Fallout 76‘s beta will be a timed exclusive for the Xbox One, before heading over to PlayStation 4 and PC. Though the FAQ didn’t give us a release date for any of the platforms, Bethesda was quick to point every to their social media platforms by stating it’d be announced on these.

As is the standard in the current gaming landscape, the only way to gain access to the beta is to preorder Fallout 76 before it’s November 14 release date.

Rumoured and then revealed at E3 2018, Fallout 76 is the series’ first soirée into the online world. Taking and expanding on the base building mechanics introduced with Fallout 4, while almost definitely introducing an amazing griefing mechanic based around nuclear silos.
