State of Decay 2 has received a pretty significant update which is set to fix some of the game’s more major problems.
Undead Labs has released a pretty sizeable patch for State of Decay 2 which is set to fix many of the game’s bugs, tune up overall gameplay, and improve the game’s quality of life. This includes many networking stability fixes, solving the Out of Memory crashes, and much more.
The game, at its core, is definitely an improvement over its predecessor, especially with the added multiplayer. However there are some pretty big problems, though it’s nice to see that Undead are hard at work to fix them.
As well as a lengthy list of patch notes, Undead Labs boss Jeff Strain said:
“Hey fellow survivors, I just wanted to drop in a quick personal note on behalf of the development team to thank you for your support and for jumping in with us on State of Decay 2. This patch today is just the beginning — we have big plans for State of Decay 2, and we’re humbled and appreciative to you for giving us the opportunity to make those big plans happen. Keep playing, keep surviving (or not, as sometimes happens), and stay tuned for more good stuff!”
