The Sims 4 is set to get plenty of content over the next three years, developer Maxis has announced.
With The Sims 4: Seasons just around the corner, fans of The Sims are hopeful for more content to come and so they should be. Speaking with Variety, Grant Rodiek, senior producer on The Sims 4, said that meetings are taking place that are discussing and planning content for the next three years.
Of course, details of those plans are being kept under wraps, though Rodiek did add that Seasons is just the start of things to come.
The Sims 4 came out over four years ago now and didn’t really see any new content, this caused fans to be concerned that the game, and EA’s support for the game, was waning. Thankfully, Rodiek has now assured fans that this wasn’t the case.
The Sims 4: Seasons is due for release on June 22 for Mac and PC.
