If you’re like me, at some point you’ve sat and thought “how much have I spent on Steam?”. Well buddy, Valve’s got you covered.

The company has recently launched a new tool to let players know just how much money they’ve spent on the platform.

While this isn’t a massively new concept, as you could use third party sites to estimate how much you’ve spent, the inbuilt feature will also allow you to see how much you’ve spent on ingame purchases. Interested in how much you’ve spent on loot boxes? Prepare to be depressed.

If you head over to Steam and go to the new External Funds Used tool, log into your account and scroll to “Total Spend”, you’ll come face to face with your number.

Remember, if you’ve got rookie numbers, Steam just launched it’s Summer Sale. It’s time to aim for the pro leagues, ladies and gentleman.

Does the idea of seeing how much you’ve spent excite, or scare you? Let us know in the comment section below!
