With Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy at the top of the UK Gaming Charts once more, there’s likely no shifting until something pretty big comes along. That being said, Jurassic World: Evolution almost managed it.
With its launch on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is set to continue its epic streak that it began last year. In 2017 the game managed to score a total of seven number ones and remained in the UK Gaming Chart‘s top ten for even longer.
In second place this week is the aforementioned Jurassic World: Evolution which was only 3,000 units off taking the top spot. As for sales of the Jurassic Park building sim, 60% of physical sales were on PS4, with the rest on Xbox One. If the charts were to count digital, however, there’s a high chance that Jurassic World: Evolution would be sitting proudly at number one.
Football fever is really heating up thanks to England’s position in the World Cup (it’s coming home?) so it’s no surprise that FIFA 18 continues to dominate the top three. The Crew 2 has fallen down to fourth place this week with a 45% sales drop, not really unusual for a second week on sale.
We’re also seeing pretty much the same titles from last week in the top ten but this week they’re playing a game of musical chairs as they’ve just shifted positions somewhat. With no other real new releases, the charts are pretty same-old.
